We get it. This is NOT the way you, your parents, or any of us thought that you'd end your high school career. That's why some of Tucson's TOP Photographers have joined forces and come up with a way to CELEBRATE YOU! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join us on the 

FIRST SATURDAY AFTER THE STAY AT HOME ORDER HAS BEEN LIFTED

for a fun and unique photo session with all (yes, I said ALL) the photographers listed below. As of today, the date will be Saturday, May 2nd. If the Stay at home order is extended, we will push back our date to the Saturday after the lift.    

What's the catch, you ask?

In exchange for TWO digital files from EACH of the photographers, we ask for a donation of at least $25.00 to go towards a wonderful organization called Youth On Their Own. Did you know that every year, more than 62,000 children throughout Arizona find themselves displaced and unaccompanied through no fault of their own? We support you, you support other YOTO seniors!  Please take a minute to check out their website and learn some more about them, maybe even volunteer sometime!  Also, if you are a business owner or photographer that would like to support our graduating seniors, contact us here!

Here's some important details about Social Distancing at the event. 

We will do our best to keep our distance from you. Throughout your session time we ask that you respect the 6 feet rule. You will not be in close contact with any other individual at any time. After each rotation, you will be asked to use the provided wipes or hand sanitizer. Although this is a large event, it is organized with your protection in mind. The east Speedway address will be shared with you after registration. Please contact Reyna at 520-360-8925 for questions or concerns.

Donations

Prior to the start of the session, your donation of at least $25.00 or a new article of teen clothing will be collected. Monetary donations should be CASH ONLY.

Parking

Upon entering the property, you will notice signs to direct parking. Please use the designated area, even if you are being dropped off. As you walk towards the event please look for the check in table. 

Restrooms 

You will NOT have access to a restroom. Please make sure you take the time to go before you arrive at the event. 

What to wear?

 Cap & Gown: Girls can wear something adorable underneath the gown. This could be something casual like jeans (or shorts) and your favorite tee or something nice like a flowing, summer dress. Accessories are always welcome! Guys typically wear dress clothes under the cap & gown, but casual is fine too. Please feel free to reach out to any of the 
photographers if you have questions.

Prom attire: If you've already had senior pictures taken and have a prom dress or suit, we would love to capture some shots alone or with a date. 

Due to the time restrictions, we cannot allow for outfit changes during the session. We will take shots with and without the cap & gown.

1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between all photographers and vendors involved in this event and THE PARTICIPANT. It supersedes any
and all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to change or add to this agreement is to do so in writing, and provide documentation that is signed by
all the relevant parties.
2. RESERVATION: Upon your signature, we will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. If the date is changed or cancelled
for any reason, notification will be sent and event rescheduled. Event organizer, all photographers involved, and property owner are not liable for any cancellations due to
acts of God, pandemic, fire, strike and/or extreme weather.
A minimum donation of $25.00 or a NEW article of teen clothing is required for registration, and will go towards YOTO (Youth On Their Own). Donations may be made in person at the time of the event.
4. METHOD OF REMUNERATION: Monetary payment(s) may be made in CASH ONLY on the day of the event.
5. DELIVERY OF SERVICES: Following the session, all photographers involved will edit a minimum of 2 photos for each participant, and provide high-resolution copies to the event
organizer which will be uploaded to an online gallery. Included will be all of the photos that pass quality control. You may print or share from these files at any time.
6. COOPERATION: THE PARTICIPANT agrees to positive cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. All photographers involved are not responsible for participating individuals’ failure to be present, nor for missed images due to lack of cooperation during the photography session. The photography schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and
accommodate all parties involved. THE PARTICIPANT agrees that positive cooperation and punctuality are essential. Shooting commences at the scheduled time. Should the session
start late due to any reason whatsoever, all photographers involved will not be held liable for any photographs not taken.
7. DIGITAL NEGATIVES, PRINTS and COPYRIGHTS: The photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by all photographers involved are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved). Limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to THE PARTICIPANT under the following conditions:
The digital negatives are the property of THE PARTICIPANT for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction and distribution of photographs to friends and relatives.
THE PARTICIPANT must obtain written permission from, and compensate the photographer prior to an event where THE PARTICIPANT, THE PARTICIPANT’S friends
or relatives publish or sell the photographs for profit.
RELEASE: THE PARTICIPANT hereby assigns and grants all photographers and vendors involved in this event and its legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of THE PARTICIPANT or in which
THE PARTICIPANT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, gallery, social media, or any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same
without restriction; and to copyright the same. THE PARTICIPANT hereby releases all photographers and vendors involved in this event and its legal representatives and
assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. It is agreed that all photographers and vendors involved in this event may display and use the photographs taken for advertising, display, website and internet promotion,
photographic contests, public display such as in malls, photography books, photography instructional books, store fronts, window displays, studio display, television advertising, magazine advertising and any other purpose thought proper
by all photographers and vendors involved in this event.
EXCLUSIVITY / GUEST PHOTOGRAPHY: It is understood that all photographers and vendors involved in this event will act as the sole and exclusive photographer for this session. Guests and THE PARTICIPANT are welcomed to take photos with their
own cameras, however, they should not interfere with, nor hinder event services at any time.
GUEST & PARTICIPANT COOPERATION: THE PARTICIPANT is responsible for their
own and/or the conduct of their guests. Event staff, vendors, and photographers will not tolerate verbally or physically abusive behavior, nor will it share its time or compete with guest photographers for the attention of the subjects. Unchecked
guest and/or PARTICIPANT conduct that interferes with photography may seriously affect the quality of the photographs taken and increase the number of times photos must be retaken. If THE PARTICIPANT is unable to control their own and/or conduct of their guests, resulting in an unacceptable degree of misconduct, or if the conduct of any of their guests damages the equipment of the photographer, it will
result in the early or immediate departure of the photographer, and reimbursement for any damages. THE PARTICIPANT understands that in such an event, no refunds
will be granted.
8. NON-GUARANTEE: Although every possible care will be taken to produce quality photographs during the session, all photographers involved and event organizer cannot
place an unconditional guarantee on the above; and will not be held responsible for any ruined photographs due to THE PARTICIPANT’S and/or guests’ (or any other) flashes; or any
other ruined photographs due to any other cause in or outside of their control.
9. PROFESSIONAL IMAGE MANIPULATION: Photos taken will undergo limited professional image manipulation (if technically possible); this includes opening of individual’s eyes, red
eye removal, de-ageing, removal of people and/or objects, colour correction, special effects, portrait stylization etc. It is understood that if a technicality prevents proper image
manipulation, THE PARTICIPANT will reside with the fact that editing in post has been performed to its best ability with regard to the specific task and all photographers involved
have no further responsibility towards said image manipulation.
10. WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Participant (also to include PARTICIPANT’S PARENTS
OR GUARDIANS if under 18 years of age) with registration and signed agreement enters into WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY waiving any and all rights, claims or causes of action
of any kind arising out of participation in event. Participant releases and waives all liability, and forever discharges event property owner, event staff, vendors, and all photographers
involved from any physical or psychological injury or damages that may result from participation in event.

I have read and understood the terms above. I hereby agree to the terms of this
agreement.
